Before becoming known globally as PAC, he competed under various names, including Adrian Neville and later Neville during his time with WWE. His WWE career included a prominent run in NXT, where he became NXT Champion, followed by success on the main roster as part of the cruiserweight division. He also captured the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.

After leaving WWE, Satterley returned to the PAC name and joined AEW in 2019. His arrival helped establish him as one of the promotion’s notable international stars during its early years.

In AEW, PAC became associated with several major factions and championships. He was part of Death Triangle alongside Rey Fenix and Penta, and later became connected with the Death Riders.
